Postdoctoral training: Postdoctoral positions are currently available. Please email Professor Wang with CV, research statement, and names of three referees. NIH-sponsored and CIRM-sponsored postdoctoral training fellowships are available through the Institute for the Biology of Stem Cells (IBSC) at UCSC.
Graduate education: Prospective graduate students should apply to the Program in Biological Sciences and Engineering (PBSE) at UCSC. Admitted students can join our lab after finishing rotations. Direct admit is also possible through the masters program.
Undergraduate research: The lab typically has 3-5 undergraduate students at any time. Students usually join the lab in the second or third year. We welcome students of all backgrounds. Underrepresented and disadvantaged students are particularly encouraged.
